14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Custom Orders

Specially requested sizes and personalized items are final sale, except when damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. We'll gladly arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable in those cases, unless required by law.

Refunds & Exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Exchanges depend on availability. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
